What is a Wedding Planner…

As your Wedding Planner we will act as a consultant to help you plan your perfect day. We will not make the decisions for you, but guide and assist you, turning your dreams into a reality. We will help you stay within your budget, ease your stress and if needed be a mediator between family and friends. Together we can plan the perfect setting, flowers, food and entertainment. When your wedding day arrives you can relax and enjoy the day knowing that we will be there to see that every detail goes as planned.

Day-of Services ~ Day-of Services with Additional Hours
Complete Wedding Planning ~ Hourly Consultations

Day-of Services includes:

Confirming all vendor details and times of arrival/delivery

Creating a detailed time-line of the entire wedding day schedule

Orchestrating the processional and recessional (order, when to walk, musicians)

Coordinating and managing the rehearsal of the ceremony

Coordinating and managing the complete wedding day, which includes

Meeting with you to review last minute direction, questions, and any concerns
Greeting vendors upon arrival and distributing final payments and tips
Assisting the bride, groom, wedding party, and immediate family
Distribution of bouquets and pin flowers on attendants
Managing each detail and vendor according to their contract and timeline
Moving decorations and other miscellaneous items between venues  
Hand out tossing items to guests following the ceremony
Gathering any items remaining at the end of the night such as gifts, etc.  

Day-of Services with Additional Hours includes all of the above with additional planning designed around your budget:

Site review and recommendations prior to booking the venue

Gathering and reviewing all vendor contracts

Offering advice on wedding and gift etiquette

Maintaining contact and answering questions via email and phone calls

Set-up, break-down and decorating ceremony and reception locations including lighting, candles, placement of favors, etc.

Establish and execute a wedding plan and budget customized to the couple's needs and desires

Create a time line and monthly task list

Provide wedding vendor referrals and recommendations

Attend vendor appointments

Evaluate all proposals and contracts on behalf of the couple

Create a calendar of vendor payments and mail payments on appropriate dates

Assist with rehearsal dinner location, menu creation, and decorations

Assist in selection of ceremony and reception music

Assist with reception floor plan, menu creation, and decorations

Deliver attire to ceremony site

Transport personal items of bridal couple to reception

Box additional wedding cake

Clean up personal belongings

Ensuring that the venue is cleaned according to the contract

Rental items returned upon event completion

Return all rented items

Return all tuxedos (must be in one location on the day following wedding)

Wedding Concierge (Welcome itineraries, area maps, gift bag distribution, guests accommodations, local gift registry, babysitting, pet sitting, package receiving, gift baskets and wedding night suite preparations)

Wedding Planning Fees:

Day-of Services

  • Ceremony (including rehearsal) - $400.00
  • Reception (up to 7 hours) - $700.00

Day-of Services with Additional Hours

  • Five hours - $1,325.00
  • Ten hours - $1,550.00
  • Twenty hours - $2,000.00
  • Thirty-five hours - $2,675.00
  • Forty hours - $2,900.00 (recommended for fully planned smaller detailed weddings)
  • Eighty hours - $4,700.00 (recommended for fully planned large detailed weddings)

Consultations

  • $60.00 per hour ($45.00 per hour when booked with a package)

      • Babysitting - $15.00 per hour up to two children plus $2 an hour per additional child

      • Personal shopping - $30.00 per hour plus purchases
      • Pet sitting/walking - $50 per day

      • Reservations – Tee times, brunch/lunch/dinner reservations
      • Tent heater – By size/quote
      • Travel itineraries, directions and maps- $30.00 per hour
      • Welcome baskets for guests - $3-$5 per each (not including the bag/basket)
